On 23rd October 2025, tourism leaders, policymakers, and industry innovators will gather in Blackpool for a regional event examining the regeneration of coastal communities and the role of short-term rentals (STRs) in this process.
The event will explore how tourism and STRs contribute to revitalizing local economies by creating jobs, attracting investment, and supporting small businesses. Attendees will hear real-world case studies where tourism strategies have transformed coastal towns, alongside discussions on policy, innovation, and community collaboration.
