SCALE Fest 2026 will take place on October 24–25, 2026, at the World Trade Center in Barcelona, with additional pre-event activities on October 23. It is an international short-term rental event designed exclusively for professional property managers and operators managing 10 or more units.
The event combines a traditional conference format with a festival-style experience, featuring keynote presentations, panels, workshops, roundtables, data sessions, pitch battles, and networking activities. Attendance is limited to operators only, with no general access for service providers, and speakers are selected based on relevance rather than sponsorship. SCALE Fest 2026 focuses on peer-to-peer learning, international networking, and education shaped by attendee-selected topics, alongside social events, wellness activities, and fringe events across the weekend.
