Airbnb Ending “Strict” Cancellation Policy: Hosts Must Act Now to Retain It, Plus Important 24-Hour Cancellation Change Explained
Airbnb is phasing out its “Strict” cancellation policy by October 2025, moving most listings to the new “Firm” policy.
