How sponsoring VRWS 2021 can help you get more leads, grow your authority, and gather market insights

why sponsor vacation rental world summit (1)

If you are a vacation rental industry player, such as a vendor, a listing site, or a software provider, you need to gather market insights, hear directly from your leads and clients, network with peers, increase your visibility, and grow your authority. By becoming an official sponsor to the 2021 edition of the Vacation Rental World Summit, this is what you can accomplish. And more. For instance, several big industry names used VRWS conferences to launch globally their new features, with great press coverage (e.g. Booking.com and its Quality Score in 2019).

Our team at Rental Scale-Up patiently selects great opportunities for short-term rental industry players to improve their business. Not only do we have the needs of property managers and owners in mind, but also of industry vendors, channels, and tech providers.

This is why we are delighted to announce that industry players can now purchase a Rental Scale-Up x VRWS 2021 sponsorship deal. There are 4 sponsorship levels (Sapphire, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond) that all help you towards your goals. Sapphire is the starter package and Diamond is the ultimate one. The differences? The higher the package, the more channels you get to reach your goals.

Benefits of becoming a sponsor of the 2021 edition of the Vacation Rental World Summit

Hear directly from your leads and clients

Finding new leads, closing deals, and hearing feedback from clients are crucial actions that successful industry players must take on a regular basis.

The best way to meet this goal is to get a booth at VRWS 2021. All packages include a booth, from 6 to 24 square meters, depending on the sponsorship package.

Use the booth to showcase your solution, have a private space to finish a deal with a client, or answer questions from qualified leads.

Increase your visibility

With a booth, your logo in all of the online communications, your company name on in the event app, and promoted on LinkedIn by the conference team, you get multiple ways to grow your visibility offline and online. There are actually even more ways to get your name out there, thanks to VRWS, depending on the sponsorship package you chose.

Gather market insights

What is the vacation rental market going? How have your clients and prospects been adapting? What products and features are your competitors launching next? How do other industry members see your company and does it match what your HQ thinks? How is it like in France, in Italy, in the US, or in other countries, at the moment?

Get ready to take notes to feed your 2021 tactics and 2022 strategy with what you will hear and see at the conference.

Network with peers

All VRWS attendees, from owners to vendors, property managers to consultants, are friendly people who like to meet new people. The mood is friendly to newcomers, as people want to discover new topics and new people, just as much as reconnect with old friends.

There is nothing forced here, the networking just happens as you have coffee or people ask you questions at your booth. You can count on compounding effects, as VRWS attendees tend to have extended networks themselves. This is a chance for you to reach more people at the conference and later via email and LinkedIn.

Grow your authority

Establish your name among a well-connected crowd by getting associated with the VRWS name. It is a change for your company and for your employees to showcase their knowledge and energy. The conference offers several formal (e.g. speaking stage, roundtable hosting) and informal (coffee breaks by the lake, dinners) occasions for sponsors to help attendees grow their business and solve their issues.

This year, the roundtable format is especially interesting for sponsors, as you get to host tables and facilitate the sessions. It means that the conference reinforces your image as a useful and trustworthy industry member.
